+Final piece will only be delivered if full payment has been completed. If the art is done before I will send a small, desaturated, marked, partial screenshot to prove its completion.

a. "Final Piece" meaning an image with more polish that resembles the sketch in color, lighting, linework, and subject.
b. I don't guarantee quality or satisfaction but I do revisions free (see CONDUCT AND PROCESS)USAGE
+Use and edit however you want as long as long as you abide by following conditions:
a. Physical copies printed limited to 10. Any of these prints sold are to cover the cost of printing, do not exceed 10% of amount paid for the commission. Ask about commercial use.
b. Do not feature the artwork is product intended for profit, such as but not limited to game, game assets, comic, or merchandise. Ask about commercial use.
c. Claiming direct credit, or withholding proper credit where appropriate.
+Refrain from use of watermarks. Toyhouse default is acceptable.
+"Reselling the character" is not considered "for profit" or commercial use. However the new owner should be informed about these terms in regards to commissioned artwork. New owners agree to these terms by using artwork created by me.
+Minting or usage to promote NFTs is for profit and strictly prohibited, you will be permanently blacklisted.CONDUCT AND PROCESS
+Art takes about two weeks. I'll let you know when to expect it.

+If you do not like the sketch I will provide several thumbnail alternatives.
+I will provide for free three minor revisions to the final piece, first sketch, and/or second sketch from thumbnail. Any further revision may be an additional cost.
a. Minor revisions meaning missing character details, rendering errors, and/or changes that can be made without major impact to the file.
b. Major changes (adding items, swapping out backgrounds, character position, ect) may be an additional cost.
+I do not keep track of legal names in my records and will respect any privacy concerns.
+I will void and blacklist, void slots, and reject clients showing abusive behavior.DESIGN
+The "design" separate from the art may be used regardless of personal or commercial use. The artwork I provide specifically however abides by the standard non-commercial use policy listed in USAGE.
+Artwork provided in design commissions abides by standard terms unless stated or agreed otherwise.
+I will provide for free three major changes per draft. Partial design is limited one draft in combination with sketch phase of the process (no major revision after confirming the sketch).Note: I'm not open for design commissions as of writing this, however written or poor references commissioners agree to these design terms. Referred to as "Partial design".
